President and Founder
Harry Joseph
Mr. Joseph is a nationally recognized leader in corporate real estate who has advised a broad array of Fortune 500 companies and other outstanding organizations. Mr. Joseph has advised or represented clients in office and industrial assignments valued in excess of $500 Million over the past ten years, including Avon Products, Google, and Spectrum Brands among many others. Mr. Joseph is a licensed real estate broker in Georgia, Alabama, and South Carolina. Mr. Joseph earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame.
ASSOCIATE BROKER
H. Hart Cobb
With more than 30 years of corporate real estate experience, Mr. Cobb has served corporate clients including Disney, Sony, WestPoint Home, Carters and Media General. Previously, he served as director and organizer of real estate departments at West Point Pepperell and Bidermann Industries. Mr. Cobb earned a BS in Business Administration from Presbyterian College and a MBA from the University of Georgia, where he has served as a lecturer/practitioner at the school’s Terry College of Business.

Susan Rhodes Watkins
Ms. Watkins has counseled a wide range of clients on long-term strategic goals and portfolio management, drawing on her extensive experience in real estate finance and accounting, lease and contract administration, and corporate policies and procedure development and implementation. Ms. Watkins has advised clients on major market site searches and numerous lease transactions around the country. She graduated from Clemson University, is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas and holds a Georgia real estate license.
Senior REAL ESTATE MANAGER
Jayne Nix
Ms. Nix has over 20 years experience in real estate portfolio management, lease review, and staff development. She is primarily responsible for portfolio management and lease administration services. Ms. Nix has undertaken the planning and implementation of lease abstracting and data input for a 400+ store and office lease portfolio and 160+ industrial portfolio, among many others. She is a graduate of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with a BBA in Real Estate. She is a Georgia real estate licensee.
